For a couple of years now, as often as I can, I have been documenting the racing at Colorado National Speedway. It’s a small NASCAR track just north of Denver and only a few miles from my house.

I love the smells and the sounds, the victories and the heartbreaks, the joy and community, and the rivals and fights. Every week a VERY dedicated group of racers and fans gather to compete in the arena of man and machine. It is fast and loud and violent and beautiful and I love it.

This is an ongoing project that I am consistently adding to and removing from as the project develops.
