Operation “Look Good for Spring Break”
…is commencing today. I have 5 weeks to make myself look as decent as possible in board shorts at the beach.
Here is how I plan to do it:
- No more soda
- I will only eat till I am full
- I will eat fruit only for breakfast
- I will drink lots and lots of water
- I will avoid fast-food as much as possible
- I will exercise everyday
- I will run as often as I can
I am not super conceited and I don’t really care if I don’t look that great, but it would be nice.
I followed Don Millers advice and wrote down a scene from spring break in my journal and how I would like it to go. This scene involves me looking and feeling pretty good. If I want that scene to become a reality than I am going to have to work pretty hard.
Hopefully when I post pictures here from the break, they will include me looking like Daniel Craig.
